- 基于统计年鉴及实地调研整理的相关数据,采取数据包络分析法(DEA)模型对香菇种植户的生产效率进行了分析,在此基础上,运用Tobit模型对其影响因素进行了研究,以期为临县香菇种植业的发展提供参考依据。结果表明:临县香菇的生产效率为0.897,其整体来说生产效率处于中等偏上。种植户的受教育程度、种植年限以及是否参与技术培训会对香菇种植户的生产效率具有显著的正向影响;年龄和种植规模会对香菇种植户的生产效率产生显著的负向影响。鉴于此,提出了提高种植户专业素养,引进高素质人才;加强高学历人才储备,引进青年人才;提高香菇种植的生产技术水平等对策建议。
- Abstract:
- Based on the relevant data of statistical yearbook and field investigation,the production efficiency of mushroom growers was analyzed by data enveloping analysis (DEA) model.On this basis,the influencing factors were studied by using Tobit model,in order to provide reference for the development of mushroom planting industry in Linxian county.The results showed that the production efficiency of Linxian mushroom was 0.897,and the overall production efficiency was above the medium level.Farmers′ education level,planting years and whether they participated in technical training had significant positive effects on the production efficiency of mushroom growers.Age and planting scale had significant negative effects on the production efficiency of mushroom growers.In view of this,it is proposed to improve the professional quality of farmers and introduce high-quality talents;strengthen the reserve of highly educated talents and introduce young talents;some countermeasures were proposed to improve the production technology level of mushroom planting.
