- 以园林小菊‘江月’为试材,采用扦插育苗,研究了不同浓度外源Spd对盐碱胁迫下园林小菊的生长(株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、干鲜质量)和生理指标(光合色素、水分状况、有机渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶活性)的影响,以期为解决北方地区园林小菊在栽培管理中的盐碱害问题提供参考依据。结果表明:经过外源Spd处理后菊花幼苗的生长指标均显著高于盐碱处理,外源喷施Spd能明显地增加菊花幼苗叶片的相对含水量、叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性和细胞内有机渗透调节物质的含量,减少丙二醛含量。在盐碱胁迫下叶面喷施1.5 mmol·L-1浓度的Spd效果最佳,能够提高园林小菊植株的抗逆能力,有效缓解盐碱胁迫导致植株萎蔫变矮的现象,为外源激素在菊花生产中的应用提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Taking garden Chrysanthemum ‘Jiangyue’ as the test material to study the effects of different concentrations of exogenous Spd on the growth (plant height,stem thickness,leaf length,leaf width,dry and fresh weight) and physiological indicators (photosynthetic pigments,water status,organic osmotic regulators,antioxidant enzyme activity) of garden Chrysanthemum under saline-alkali stress,in order to provide reference for solving the problem of saline-alkali stress in cultivation and management of graden Chrysanthemum in northorn China.The results showed that the growth indicators of Chrysanthemum seedlings treated with exogenous Spd were significantly higher than those of saline-alkali treatment.Exogenous spraying of Spd could significantly increase the relative water content,chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme activity,and intracellular organic osmotic regulatory substances of Chrysanthemum seedlings leaves,while reduce the content of malondialdehyde.Spraying Spd with a concentration of 1.5 mmol·L-1 on the leaves under saline-alkali stress had the best effect,which could improve the stress resistance of garden Chrysanthemum plants,effectively alleviate the phenomenon of plant wilting and dwarfing caused by saline-alkali stress,and provide reference basis for the application of exogenous hormones in Chrysanthemum production.
