- 以青海省引进的28个樱桃资源品种为试材,采用室内离体叶片接种和田间活体叶片接种的方法,研究了叶斑病菌对28个引进资源品种的影响,以期筛选出抗病能力较强的品种,为青海省抗叶斑病品种的选育提供参考依据。结果表明:运用瓦尔德法和欧式距离进行聚类分析,室内离体叶片接种结果和田间活体叶片接种结果高度吻合。28个樱桃品种中抗性较强的品种为‘Early Robin’‘Lambert’和‘Moreau’;抗病能力较差的品种为‘Rainier’‘Tieton’‘Sunburst’和‘Hongdeng’。

- Taking 28 cherry resource varieties imported from Qinghai Province as experimental materials,using the methods of indoor isolated leaf inoculation and field live leaf inoculation,the effect of leaf spot disease on 28 introduced resource varieties was studied,in order to screen out the strong disease resistance and provide a reference for the selection and breeding of leaf spot disease resistant varieties in Qinghai Province.The results showed that the inoculation results of isolated leaves in the room and the live leaves in the field were highly consistent with the cluster analysis using Wald′s method and Euclidean distance.Among the 28 cherry cultivars,‘Early Robin’‘Lambert’and ‘Moreau’ were the stronger resistances of cherry cultivars,while the lower resistances of cherry cultivars were ‘Rainier’‘Tieton’‘Sunburst’ and ‘Hongdeng’.
