- 乡村振兴战略是解决我国当前林业产业发展困境的重要政策，是构建现代林业产业体系的必然选择。乡村振兴战略中的“七条道路”，其中4条道路与林业产业发展路径密切相关，主要涉及共同富裕之路、质量兴农之路、乡村绿色发展之路和中国特色减贫之路。以乡村振兴视角为切入点，基于云南省核桃产业发展动态数据以及统计年鉴静态数据，对核桃产业存在的问题及融合乡村振兴战略发展路径进行研究。结果表明：云南省核桃产业发展尚存在着经营制度不完善、结构性失衡、核桃生产加工未标准化以及核桃精准扶贫后续动力不足等问题。因此，建议加快构建新型农业经营体系，建立健全核桃产品供需衔接机制，加强核桃产业绿色化、标准化，激发核桃精准扶贫内生动力，实现云南省核桃产业全面促进乡村振兴。
- Abstract:
- Rural revitalization strategy is an important policy and an inevitable choice to solve the current predicament of forestry industry development in China and to construct a modern forestry industry system.Based on the ‘Seven Roads’ of rural revitalization,the road of common prosperity,the road of quality agriculture,the road of rural green development and the road of poverty reduction with Chinese characteristics were closely related to the development path of forestry industry.From the perspective of rural revitalization,based on the dynamic data of walnut industry development in Yunnan Province and the static data of statistical yearbook,the existing problems of walnut industry and the development path of integrating rural revitalization strategy were studied.The results showed that the walnut industry management system in Yunnan Province was not perfect,the walnut industry was structurally unbalanced,the walnut production and processing was not standardized,and there was insufficient endogenous power for walnut targeted poverty alleviation.Therefore,it was suggested to accelerate the construction of a new agricultural management system,establish and improve the linkage mechanism between supply and demand of walnut products,strengthen the greening and standardization of walnut industry,stimulate the endogenous power of targeted poverty alleviation of walnut,and realize the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization of Yunnan Province walnut industry.
