- 以“京丰1号”甘蓝为试材,采用喷施和浸根方法,分别在贵州省息烽县、威宁县和余庆县甘蓝主产区调查根肿病的发生情况,并选择发生较重基地开展3种不同施药处理对根肿病的防效试验,以期为贵州省甘蓝根肿病的防控技术提供参考依据。结果表明:甘蓝根肿病在息烽县、威宁县和余庆县3个不同种植区域均有不同程度发生,平均病株率为30.00%~60.00%,发病严重的地区为息烽县,病株率高达60.00%,病情指数为45.93;相同区域不同处理间以T2处理的田间防效最好,息烽县、威宁县和余庆县3个试验地,T2处理的防效在73.40%~75.80%,其次是T1处理,防效在68.00%~70.10%,最低为T3处理,防效在61.10%~63.70%;不同处理间甘蓝和白菜的防效不同,同样以T2处理的防效最高,分别为74.40%和71.06%;通过对甘蓝实产实收,T2处理的平均产量最高,为123 511.80 kg?hm-2基基,按照当地市场平均收购价0.50元?kg-1基计算,与CK相比,采用T2处理防治根肿病,可以增收30 040.05元?hm-2基。
- Abstract:
- Taking cabbage‘Jingfeng No.1’ as material,with the method of spray and root dip,the occurrence of clubroot disease was surveyed in the main cabbage producing area of Xifeng county,Weining county and Yuqing county in Guizhou Province,and the control effect of three different pesticide application treatments on clubroot was tested in the more severe fields,in order to provide a reference for the control of cabbage clubroot disease in Guizhou.The results showed that the cabbage clubroot disease with varying degrees occurred in three different planting areas of Xifeng county,Weining county and Yuqing county,the average diseased plant rate was 30.00%-60.00%,the area with serious disease was Xifeng county,and diseased plant rate was as high as 60.00%,disease index was 45.93;the best field control effect was T2 treatment among different treatments in the same area,in the three experiment plots of Xifeng county,Weining county and Yuqing county,the control effect of T2 treatment was 73.40%-75.80%,followed by T1 treatment which was 68.00%-70.10%,the lowest was T3 treatment,the control effect was 61.10%-63.70%;the control effects of cabbage and chinese cabbage were different among different treatments,the highest control effect was T2 treatment as well,which was 74.40% and 71.06%,respectively.Through the actual harvest of cabbage,the highest average yield was T2 treatment,which was 123 511.80基 kg?hm-2基,according to the average purchase price of 0.50 RMB?kg-1基 was calculated in the local market.Compared with CK,T2 treatment was used to control clubroot that could increase income of 30 040.05 RMB?hm-2基.
