- 以“灵武长枣”为试材,采用完全随机区组设计,设置增氧浓度(5±05)(TR1)、(7±05)(TR2)、(9±05)(TR3)、(3±05)(CK) mg?L-14个处理,分析了不同增氧灌溉处理对“灵武长枣”生长与果实品质的影响,以确定适宜的增氧浓度。结果表明:(7±05)mg?L-1(TR2)处理下,枣吊长增长量较大、叶绿素含量较高。(9±05)mg?L-1(TR3)处理下,对枣吊增粗作用效果最显著。(5±05)(TR1)、(7±05)(TR2)mg?L-1处理对提高单果质量、维生素C、可溶性总糖等指标方面作用显著;综上所述,增氧浓度为(7±05)mg?L-1的处理能促进“灵武长枣”生长,提高果实品质,可在生产中推广使用。
- Abstract:
- Using Zizyphus jujuba Mill.cv.‘Lingwu Changzao’ as experimental material,randomized complete block design was set,four treatment combinations ((5±05)(TR1),(7±05)(TR2),(9±05)(TR3),(3±05)mg?L-1 (CK))of oxygen concentration were conducted,the effects of the concentration of oxygen different irrigation treatments on ‘Lingwu Changzao’ growth and fruit quality was studied,to determine the appropriate oxygen concentration.The results showed that,under (7±05)mg?L-1 (TR2) processing,jujube hanging leaf number growth was relatively high and with higher chlorophyll content.Under (9±05)mg?L-1 (TR3) processing,jujube hanging diameter was relatively high.Under (5±05)mg?L-1 (TR1) and (7±05)mg?L-1 (TR2) processing,fruit weight,vitamin C,total soluble sugar content were relatively high.In summary,oxygen concentration was (7±05)mg?L-1 treatment could promote the growth of ‘Lingwu Changzao’,improve fruit quality,it could promote the usage in production.
