- 以“甜查理”草莓为试材,草莓灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)为供试菌,采用菌丝生长速率法,研究了12种杀菌剂对草莓灰霉病菌的影响。结果表明:室内毒力试验中,50 g?L-1己唑醇SC的毒力最强,EC50值为0.051 9 mg?L-1;500 g?L-1异菌脲SC、430 g?L-1戊唑醇SC和400 g?L-1氟硅唑EC对草莓灰霉病菌也有很好的抑制作用。田间试验中,50 g?L-1己唑醇SC对草莓灰霉病的防治效果最好,防治效果达81.57%~85.42%;500 g?L-1异菌脲SC、430 g?L-1戊唑醇SC和400 g?L-1氟硅唑EC对草莓灰霉病也具有较好的防治效果,防治效果均在74%以上;10%多抗霉素WP和3%中生菌素WP对草莓灰霉病也有一定的防治效果,防效均能达到65%以上。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Tian Chali’ strawberry as material,Botrytis cinerea as test fungus,using mycelium growth rate method,the effect of 12 fungicides on Botrytis cinerea was studied.The results showed that 50 g?L-1 hexaconazole SC had the best toxicity against Botrytis cinerea,with the EC50 value 0.051 9 mg?L-1;500 g?L-1 iprodione SC,430 g?L-1 tebuconazole SC and 400 g?L-1 flusilazole EC also could primely inhibit mycelia growth of Botrytis cinerea in laboratory.6 fungicides were screened to test in the field control trial.Field trials showed that the effect of 50 g?L-1 hexaconazole SC against Botrytis cinerea was the best,the control efficiency reached 81.57%-85.42%;500 g?L-1 iprodione SC,430 g?L-1 tebuconazole SC and 400 g?L-1 flusilazole EC also had better control effect,which were more than 74%;the control effect of 10% polyoxin WP and 3% zhongshengmycin WP were more than 65%.
