- 为优化宁夏地区非耕地日光温室结构,探索节能、高效配套设施,通过将传统温室北部走道改为南部走道,将种植区域下沉95 cm,并采用了新型镀锌全组装无焊接钢骨架构建外部结构,完成跨度13.4 m非耕地新建温室设计与建造,并配置了地热增温、植物补光系统。结果表明:补光灯+地热处理较对照日平均空气温度增加1.36℃,地温增加1.66℃,并改善了冬季设施园艺作物生长的光环境,同时具有保温性能强、施工建造便捷、使用寿命长、后期维护成本低的优势。
- Abstract:
- In order to optimize new structure of non-cultivated land greenhouse in Ningxia,explore fuel-efficient way to produce horticultural crops,through changing the walkway of traditional greenhouse from north to south,sinking planting area 95 cm,building the structure of new greenhouse by whole assembly galvanized steel frame,and configuring geothermal system and supplemental lighting system,to complete the design and construction of non-cultivated land new greenhouse that span 13.4 m.The results showed that the new greenhouse with geothermal system and supplemental lighting system daily air temperature increased 1.36℃ and ground temperature increased 1.66℃ compared with contrast greenhouse,and the light environment of horticultural crops growth could be improved in the winter,at the same time the new greenhouse had good heat preservation,convenient construction,long service life,and the advantages of low maintenance cost.
