- 以腐烂人参果为试材,采用致病力检测、形态观察和rDNA-ITS序列分析等方法,研究了贮藏期腐烂病病原菌种类及致病力。结果表明:接骨木镰刀菌Fusarium sambucinum、立枯丝核菌Rhizoctonia solani、灰葡萄孢Botrytis cinerea均能引起人参果和番茄果实腐烂,2株接骨木镰刀菌形态特征、致病力有一定差异,也能引起带伤马铃薯出现典型干腐病症状。
- Abstract:
- To identify the pathogens of Solanum muicatum fruit rot disease during storage,the pathogens were isolated and identified based on their morphological features,pathogenicity and sequence analysis of internal transcribed spacer region of the ribosomal DNA(rDNA-ITS).The results showed that the fruit rot disease was caused by Fusarium sambucinum,Rhizoctonia solani and Botrytis cinerea,the pathogens could infect S.muicatum and tomato fruits with fruit rot symptom.The 2 strains of F.sambucinum showed some variations on morphology of colony and conidia and pathogenicity,but they could cause typical dry rot of wounded potato.
