- 丛枝菌根真菌是土壤共生真菌中分布最广泛的一类真菌,可以与绝大多数的地上植物进行共生。丛枝菌根真菌可以帮助植物进行营养吸收和水分提升,促进植物的生长,具有重要的生态学意义。该文综述了AM真菌的鉴定方法和AM真菌群落结构与功能,并对其研究领域加以阐述与展望。
- Abstract:
- Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi is a kind of widely distributed symbiosis fungi in soil,which can be associated with most land plants.AM fungi has the important ecological significance,can promote plant growth by nutrients absorption and water uptake.Molecular methods for AM fungal community structure investigating were introduced.Research trends and future prospects in this field were also discussed in this review.
