- 基于评价指标体系设计原则，结合河北省县域经济的发展现状，采用频度统计与综合设计相结合的方法筛选具体指标，以期构建河北省县域经济竞争力评价指标体系，并得出各个指标的权重，使各个县域经济竞争力量化。结果表明：河北省县域经济竞争力评价指标体系由3个一级指标、8个二级指标、31个三级指标构成；各一级指标相对权重为发展水平（45%）、发展活力（30%）、发展潜力（25%），各二级指标相对权重为隶属于发展水平层次的，经济发展（30%）、基础设施(15%)、社会发展(28%）、居民收入水平(27%），隶属于发展活力层次的，金融资本(57%）、科技创新(43%)。隶属于发展潜力层次的，环境和谐(60%)、人力资源(40%)；各三级指标也都有一定的相对权重值。
- Abstract:
- Based on the design principle of evaluation index system,combining the current development situation of county economy in Hebei province,Hebei county economic competitive power evaluation index system was constructed by screening the specific indicators in use of frequency statistics method and comprehensive design method,in order to measure competitive power of each county economy and calculate the weight of each index.The results showed that Hebei county economic competitive power evaluation index system was composed of 3 first grade indexes,8 second grade indexes,31 third grade indexes；the relative weight of each first grade index was development level 45%,development vigor 30%,development potential 25%；the relative weight of each second grade index was as follows：belonging to development level,economic development 30%,infrastructure 15%,social development 28%,household income 27%,belonging to development vigor level,financial capital 57%,technological innovation 43%,belonging to development potential level,harmonious environment 60%,human resources 40%；each third grade index also had a relative weight.
