- 以三七景天种子为试材,研究了种子采收时间、贮藏时间和贮藏温度3个因素对三七景天种子萌发的影响。结果表明:采种时间对三七景天种子的发芽率和发芽势影响不大,随着采种时间的推迟,初始发芽时间也逐渐推迟。种子经室温贮藏和4℃贮藏,9月9日采集的种子发芽率最高,因此,苏州地区建议在9月9日左右采集种子比较合适。三七景天种子有一个后熟休眠过程,4℃低温贮藏有利于三七景天种子后熟。三七景天种子采收后需经20~30 d的贮藏,种子发芽率和发芽势达到最高。
- Abstract:
- Taking the seeds of Sedum spectabilis as materials,the effect of seed harvest time,storage time and storage temperature on the germination of seeds of Sedum spectabilis were studied.The results showed that in different seed harvest time condition,there was no significant difference in seeds germination rate of Sedum spectabilis.With delaying seed harvest time,initial germination time was also gradually postponed.Seeds of Sedum spectabilis regardless of stored at room temperature and 4℃ storage,seeds harvested in September 9th acquisition of the highest germination rate,so Sedum spectabilis seed in Suzhou area,it was recommend that in September 9th about the acquisition of more appropriate.Sedum spectabilis had a ripening dormancy process,4℃ low temperature storage for Sedum spectabilis seed ripening. Sedum spectabilis seed harvest only after 20~30 days storage,seed germination rate and germination reached the highest.
