- 以粉色叶羽衣甘蓝自交系为试材,采用盐酸乙醇提取法,对粉色叶羽衣甘蓝花青素提取效应进行了研究。结果表明:粉色叶羽衣甘蓝花青素浸提液在波长536 nm处有最大吸收峰;60℃恒温浸提60 min效果最好;提取液pH对花青素影响明显,pH为2时效果最佳;最适宜的提取步骤是15 mL提取液提取1次。
- Abstract:
- Taking pink leaf inbred lines of Brassica oleracea var. acephala as test material,using hydrochloric acid ethanol extraction method,the effects of anthocyanin extraction were studied.The results showed that the anthocyanin revealed a maximum absorbance at 536 nm.The maximal extraction rate was at 60℃ for 60 min.The pH of extraction solution affected significantly,and the best value was 2.The best step was 15 mL extraction solution one time.
