江西省蔬菜产业高质量发展的制约因素及对策

- 为进一步了解江西省蔬菜产业现状,通过实地走访、发放问卷等形式对江西省各地区的蔬菜经营主体进行调研,对蔬菜产业生产规模、生产经营情况、农业技术应用情况、经济效益等方面进行了调研,以期为江西省蔬菜产业实现高质量发展提供参考依据。结果表明:江西省蔬菜播种面积和产量逐年增长;蔬菜产业布局更趋合理,形成了五大产区;特色蔬菜品牌建设逐渐显现。但是,蔬菜生产规模偏小,种植大户较少,蔬菜产业集约化程度低;现代化农业信息技术程度较低、应用面积小;蔬菜以初级加工为主,经济效益受不确定因素影响大。因此,通过培育壮大新型蔬菜经营主体,鼓励规模化经营;增强农业科技含量,提高蔬菜产业信息化水平;构建全产业链标准体系,提升蔬菜品牌化竞争力;拓宽蔬菜销售渠道,构建稳健的产销平台;发展物联网农业,增加蔬菜产业经济效益。
- Abstract:
- In order to further understand the current situation of the vegetable industry in Jiangxi Province,through field visits,the distribution of questionnaires and other forms of vegetable business subjects in various regions of Jiangxi Province,the scale of production,production and operation of the vegetable industry,the application of agricultural technology,economic benefits and other aspects were researched,in order to provide reference for achieving high-quality development of the vegetable industry in Jiangxi Province.The results showed that the vegetable sowing area and production in Jiangxi Province had been growing year by year;the layout of the vegetable industry had become more reasonable,forming five major production areas;the construction of characteristic vegetable brands had gradually emerged.However,the scale of vegetable production was small,fewer large-scale farmers,low degree of vegetable industry intensification;low degree of modern agricultural information technology,application area was small;vegetables were mainly primary processing,economic benefits were greatly affected by uncertainties.Therefore,through the cultivation and growth of new vegetable management main body,encouraging the scale of operation;enhancing the content of agricultural science and technology,improving the level of information technology in the vegetable industry;build the whole industrial chain standard system,enhancing the competitiveness of vegetable branding;broaden the vegetable sales channels,building a robust production and marketing platform;developing the Internet of Things (IoT) agriculture,increase the economic benefits of the vegetable industry.
