- 高质量发展是黑木耳产业的必由之路,该研究分析了其产业生产、生产技术、加工、流通、销售及出口、标准化现状、标准化实施意义和目前存在的主要问题等现状,通过构建完善的全产业链标准化体系,形成层次化、立体化和动态化的标准化生产,有助于推动产业由粗放型、规模型向集群型、质量型转变,促进新技术在产业化的应用和更新,进一步带动乡村振兴,提高现代黑木耳产业效益。融入智能、数字、信息等新型要素,促使产业向健康化、多元化、异质化、智慧化、数字化发展,传统标准宣贯基础上结合新媒体宣贯方式,加大对黑木耳产业标准化的普及和宣传力度,提升全社会的标准化意识,以此推动黑木耳产业标准化生产,真正实现“小木耳大产业”的高质量健康有序发展。
- Abstract:
- High-quality development is the only way for Auricularia heimuer industry,industrial production,production technology,processing,circulation,sales and export,status of standardization,significance of standardization implementation and the main existing problems were analyzed,by constructing a complete industry chain standardization system standardization system of the whole industry chain.A hierarchical,three-dimensional and dynamic standardization of production are formed,which will help to promote the transformation of industry from extensive and scale to cluster and quality,and promote the application and renewal of new technological in industrializatio,promote the revitalization of the countryside,improve the benefits of the industry.The Auricularia heimuer industry integrates new factors such as intelligence,digital and information,and promotes the healthy,diversified,heterogeneous,intelligent and digital development of the industry,based on the dissemination of traditional standards and combined with the dissemination of new media,increase the popularization and publicity of the standardization of Auricularia auricula industry,raise the standard consciousness of the whole society,true realization ‘small fungus big industry’ and the high-quality,healthy,orderly development of Auricularia heimuer industry.
