- 羊肚菌营养、药用价值极高,其栽培技术逐渐完善。经在日光温室内栽培,产量、经济效益极为可观。从品种选择,菌种配制,土壤选择与处理,做畦,播种,覆盖地膜,发菌期管理,营养袋制作、摆放及管理,保育期、出菇期管理,综合防控病虫害,采收11个方面总结了羊肚菌优质高产高效栽培技术要点,以期为北方羊肚菌设施化栽培科学管理提供技术参考。
- Abstract:
- Nutrition and medicinal of Morchella sp. value is very high,its cultivation technology gradually improved.The yield and economic benefit of Morchella sp. cultivated in solar greenhouse are very considerable.From variety selection,bacterial preparation,soil selection and treatment,border making,sowing,mulching film,management of germinating period,making,placing and management of nutrition bag,management of conservation period and mushroom growing period,integrated prevention and control of diseases and pests,we summarized the cultivation techniques of Morchella with high quality,high yield and high efficiency from 11 aspects,in order to provide reference for the scientific management of northern Morchella esculenta cultivation.
