- 以龙牙百合软腐病病原菌产核枝顶孢Acremonium sclerotigenum为试材,采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子计数法,研究不同温度、pH、光照、碳源和氮源等处理对病原菌菌丝生长和产孢的影响以及病原菌对5 种杀菌剂的敏感性,以期为田间龙牙百合软腐病的防治提供参考依据。结果表明:最适宜菌丝生长的条件包括温度 25 ℃,pH 7,12 h 光照(光强为112 lx)/12 h黑暗,碳源为可溶性淀粉,氮源为硝酸铵;最适宜产孢条件包括温度为30 ℃,pH 6,24 h 黑暗,碳源为果糖,氮源为牛肉浸膏。供试杀菌剂中化学与生物杀菌剂抑菌效果最好的分别是430 g·L-1戊唑醇和1%申嗪霉素,其EC50值分别为0.004 8 mg · L-1和3.587 2 mg · L-1。病原菌菌丝致死温度为62 ℃、分生孢子致死温度为63 ℃;对番茄、黄瓜等作物具有较强致病性。

- Taking Acremonium sclerotigenum of Longya Lilium brownii soft rot as test material,mycelial growth and sporulation were studied under the effects of different temperatures,pH,light,carbon and nitrogen sources conditions by using the mycelial growth rate method and spore counting method and the sensitivity of the pathogen to 5 fungicides was determined by using the mycelial growth inhibition method,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of Longya Lilium brownii soft rot pathogen in the field.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the mycelial growth of Acremonium sclerotigenum were found to be 25 ℃,pH 7,12 hours light (112 lx fluorescent lamp irradiation)/12 hours darkness,soluble starch for carbon,and ammonium nitrate for nitrogen.Optimal spores producing conditions 30 ℃,pH 6,24 hours dark,fructose for carbon source,beef extract for nitrogen source.Among the tested chemical and biocidal fungicides,430 g·L-1 tebuconazole or 1% phenazinE1carboxylicacid had the greatest inhibition with EC50 value of 0.004 8 mg·L-1and 3.587 2 mg·L-1, respectively.The lethal temperature of mycelia and conidia was 62 ℃ and 63 ℃,respectively.The pathogen had strong pathogenicity to tomato,cucumber and other crops.
