- 以采自云南省嵩明县的野生紫丁香蘑为试验材料,采用碳源、氮源、pH和温度4个因素进行单因素试验,研究了不同培养条件对菌丝生长的影响。同时,在对其菌丝体最适培养条件研究结果的基础上,采用覆土栽培法对其进行驯化栽培研究,以期为紫丁香蘑的人工栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:菌丝体最适生长温度为25 ℃,最适pH为8.0,最适碳源为麦芽糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨,在以麦秸、棉籽壳、木屑和麸皮为栽培料时,可获得子实体。
- Abstract:
- A wild Lepista nuda collected from Songming area,Yunnan Province,was used as test material.The effects of carbon source,nitrogen source,pH and temperature on growth of the mycelium were investigated by single factor test to investigate effects of different culture conditions on the growth of mycelia.At the same time,based on the results of the study on the optimal culture conditions of the mycelium,the domestication cultivation of the fungus were studied by using soil covering cultivation method,in order to provide reference for the artificial cultivation of Lepista nuda.The results showed that the optimal growth temperature of the mycelium was 25 ℃,the optimal pH of growth was 8.0,the optimal carbon source and nitrogen source were maltose and peptone,respectively.The fruiting body could form in the substrate composed of cottonseed shell,sawdust and bran.
