- 概述了国内外月季砧木选择、嫁接方法、砧穗状态、嫁接时间以及外源生长素等因素对嫁接影响的研究进展,可为今后月季嫁接育苗成活率、目标特性育苗提供参考。此外,根据目前月季嫁接研究中的不足,建议从愈合形态学过程、生理生化、分子机制等方面进一步探究其调控机理与砧穗亲和性机理,从而完善月季的嫁接繁殖技术体系,促进月季嫁接技术的推广及应用。
- Abstract:
- The research progress at home and abroad on the effects of rootstock selection,grafting methods,rootstock and scion status,time selection and exogenous auxin on rose grafting were summarized,in order to provide reference for the future rose grafting seedling survival rate and target characteristics.In addition,with the focus on overcoming the shortcoming of rose grafting research,we suggested that the future research should be directed to the aspects of healing morphological process,physiology and biochemistry,molecular mechanism and so on,to further explore rose grafting propagation regulation and graft-compatibility mechanism,so as to establish the improved grafting propagation technique system,and promote the promotion and application of rose.
