- 以‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄为试材,采用透气保鲜袋、焦亚硫酸钠(Na2S2O5)、1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)和透气保鲜袋+Na2S2O5+1-MCP保鲜方法,以不使用保鲜袋和保鲜剂为对照,研究了4种保鲜处理对‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄采后贮藏品质的影响,以期为‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄采后贮藏提供参考依据。结果表明:‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄在低温0~1 ℃,相对湿度90%~95%环境中贮藏100 d后,透气保鲜袋+Na2S2O5+1-MCP处理组的效果最佳,该处理组的腐烂率、失重率和落果率分别比对照组低8.64%、14.99%和6.40%,果实叶绿素含量比对照高5.89%;可溶性固形物含量和固酸比分别比对照高23.63%和25.17%;丙二醛(MDA)含量比对照组低10.66%。因此透气保鲜袋+Na2S2O5+1-MCP处理能有效保持果实内外在品质,适用于‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄的采后贮藏。
- Abstract:
- ‘Shine Muscat’ grape was used as experimental material.‘Shine Muscat’ grape was treated with breathable fresh bag,sodium metabisulfite (Na2S2O5),1-methylcyclopropylene (1-MCP) and the combination of breathable fresh bag,Na2S2O5 and 1-MCP.The effects of different preservatives treatments on postharvest storage quality were studied,in order to provide reference for postharvest storage of ‘Shine Muscat’ grape.The results showed that the combination of breathable fresh bag,Na2S2O5 and 1-MCP treatment was the best treatment to storage at 0-1 ℃ and 90%-95% relative humidity condition 100 days.Compare to the blank control,the decay rate,weightlessness rate and fruit abscission rate of the combination of breathable fresh bag,Na2S2O5 and 1-MCP treatments were 8.64%,14.99% and 6.40% lower than that of the control group.The berry content of chlorophyll was 5.89% higher than that of the control.The soluble solids content and ration of soluble solid to acid was 23.63% and 25.17% higher than those of the control.Malondialdehyde (MDA) content was 10.66% lower than that of control group.Therefore,the combination of breathable fresh bag,Na2S2O5 and 1-MCP treatment could effectively maintain fruit quality,which was suitable for the postharvest storage of ‘Shine Muscat’ grape.
