- 针对黑龙江省2010—2019年度面板数据,运用DEA的BCC模型对黑龙江省农产品流通效率进行测度,最后采用Tobit回归找出影响黑龙江省农产品流通效率的主要因素。结果表明:黑龙江省的农产品流通效率在这10年间整体处于非DEA有效状态,波动幅度较大,总体上尚处于规模递增阶段,规模效率是制约黑龙江农产品流通效率提升的主要原因;深入研究显示流通投入和需求水平、流通效益和产出水平、政府支持以及信息化水平等对农产品流通效率均有显著促进作用,其中首要的影响因素是流通效益和产出水平,其次是流通投入和需求水平,最后是政府支持和信息化水平。因此,提出加强农产品供应质量保障、合理调配流通资源投入、加大现代化流通技术应用等对策建议,对黑龙江省农产品流通效率的提升具有现实参考意义。
- Abstract:
- Based on the 2010—2019 panel data of Heilongjiang Province,the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province was measured by using DEA′s BCC model,and then the main factors that affecting the efficiency of agricultural products circulation were found out with Tobit regression method.The results showed that the state of the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province was non-DEA effective during the past ten years,and the overall scale was still in the expansion stage.The main reason for limiting the improvement of agricultural product circulation efficiency in Heilongjiang was the efficiency of scale.According to close research,the level of circulation input and demand,the level of circulation efficiency and output,the level of government support,and the level of informatization all played important roles in promoting the efficiency of circulation of agricultural products.The first influencing factor was the circulation efficiency and output level,followed by the circulation input and demand level.Finally,the level of government support and informatization.Therefore,the countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the quality of agricultural products supply,rationally deploying the input of circulation resources,and increasing the application of modern circulation technology had practical reference significance for the improvement of the efficiency of agricultural circulation in Heilongjiang Province.
