- 以生长健康且长势一致的云南紫三角梅扦插苗为试材,以自然光照为对照,研究了遮阴对云南紫三角梅生长发育和光合生理的影响,以期为三角梅的栽培和管理提供参考依据。结果表明:在遮阴条件下三角梅株高增长量、叶绿素含量、叶片形态指标值、根系活力、可溶性糖含量和酶活性均大于光照条件下,而植株地径增长量、开花数量、净光合速率和胞间CO2浓度均低于光照条件下,气孔导度和蒸腾速率无显著性差异。综合所述,在5—9月,对云南紫三角梅进行遮阴处理有利于植株的生长,而光照处理有利于三角梅的开花。
- Abstract:
- The cuttings of Yunnan purple Bougainvillea spectabilis with healthy growth and consistent growth were used as experimental materials,one group of shading was set and the other group under natural lighting conditions was adopted,the effect of shading on the growth and development and photosynthetic physiology of Yunnan purple Bougainvillea spectabilis was studied,in order to provide reference for the cultivation and management of Yunnan purple Bougainvillea spectabilis.The results showed that under shading conditions,plant height growth,chlorophyll content,leaf morphological index value,root activity,soluble sugar content and enzyme activity were all greater than those under light conditions,while plant ground diameter growth,flowering number,the net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration were lower than the light conditions,and there was no significant difference in stomatal conductance and transpiration rate.In general,from May to September,the shading treatment of Yunnan purple Bougainvillea spectabilis was beneficial to the growth of plants,while the light treatment was beneficial to the flowering of Yunnan purple Bougainvillea spectabilis.
