- 枸骨是我国一种传统药食同源的中药材,其主要活性成分三萜皂苷具有降血脂、抗菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等重要药理作用。目前关于枸骨三萜皂苷的提取工艺、含量测定、定性分析及鉴定等已有诸多报道,该研究基于国内外文献资料,在归纳枸骨三萜皂苷药理作用的基础上,对枸骨三萜皂苷的提取工艺、含量测定、定性分析及鉴定和生物合成途径进行了系统综述。概述了不同提取工艺、含量测定方法的优缺点,总结了枸骨三萜皂苷生物合成机制的研究概况;分析了枸骨三萜皂苷研究的发展趋势,提出了深入开展枸骨三萜皂苷生物合成机制研究的方法思路。该综述可为枸骨三萜皂苷药用成分的有效开发利用提供借鉴参考。
- Abstract:
- Ilex cornuta is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine with the same origin of medicine and food.Its main active component triterpenoid saponins have important pharmacological effects such as lowering blood lipid,antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-tumor and so on.At present,there are many reports on the extraction process,content determination,qualitative analysis and identification of triterpenoid saponins from Ilex cornuta.Based on the review of literature at home and abroad,the extraction process,content determination,qualitative analysis and identification of triterpenoid saponins from Ilex cornuta and their biosynthesis pathway were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of content determination methods and the research situation of triterpenoid saponin biosynthesis mechanism of Ilex cornuta was summarized.We analyzed the development trend of triterpenoid saponins research in Ilex cornuta,and summarized the methods and ideas for further research on the biosynthetic mechanism of triterpenoid saponins.This review can provide reference for the effective development and utilization of triterpenoid saponins from Ilex cornuta.
