- 以“苏椒1614”“巨无霸”“旋美”和“辣天下”辣椒为试材,采用无土栽培方法,分析测定不同辣椒品种的生长指标和品质指标,综合评估适合南京地区设施无土栽培的辣椒品种,以期为辣椒的优良品种选择提供参考依据。结果表明:在不同生育期,“苏椒1614”的株高均最高,其次是“辣天下”,在结果期二者株高分别达到102.67 cm和94.67 cm;“苏椒1614”的茎粗在各个生育期均显著高于其它3个品种;“苏椒1614”的SPAD值在结果期达到57.03,显著高于其它品种;“辣天下”的维生素C含量最高,达到27.22 mg?(100g)-1,显著高于其它3个品种,而“辣天下”的硝酸盐含量显著低于其它品种,低至98.77 mg?kg-1;聚类分析将4个品种分为3类,第1类是“辣天下”,第2类是“苏椒1614”,第3类是“巨无霸”和“旋美”;主成分分析表明,4种辣椒的综合得分顺序为“苏椒1614”>“辣天下”>“巨无霸”>“旋美”。综上所述,“苏椒1614”可以作为南京地区设施无土栽培的优良品种。
- Abstract:
- Taking peppers ‘Sujiao 1614’‘Juwuba’‘Xuanmei’ and ‘Latianxia’ as experimental materials,the growth and quality indexes of different pepper varieties were analyzed and determined by soilless cultivation method,in order to provide reference for the selection of excellent pepper varieties.The results showed that at different growth stages,the plant height of ‘Sujiao 1614’ was the highest,followed by ‘Latianxia’.At the fruiting stage,the plant height of ‘Sujiao 1614’ and ‘Latianxia’ were 102.67 cm and 94.67 cm respectively;the stem diameter of ‘Sujiao 1614’ was significantly higher than those of the other three varieties at all growth stages;the SPAD value of ‘Sujiao 1614’ reached 57.03 in the fruiting stage,which was significantly higher than that of other varieties;the content of vitamin C in ‘Latianxia’ was the highest,reached 27.22 mg?(100g)-1,which was significantly higher than that of the other three varieties,while the content of nitrate in ‘Latianxia’ was significantly lower than those of other varieties,as low as 98.77 mg?kg-1;the four varieties were divided into three categories by cluster analysis.The first category was ‘Latianxia’,the second category was ‘Sujiao 1614’,and the third category was ‘Juwuba’ and ‘Xuanmei’;principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive score order of the four kinds of pepper was ‘Sujiao 1614’>‘Latianxia’>‘Juwuba’>‘Xuanmei’.In conclusion,‘Sujiao 1614’ could be used as an excellent variety for soilless cultivation in Nanjing.
