银川市高架草莓发展现状与对策

- 草莓果实果肉多汁、外观鲜丽、风味浓郁、营养丰富,种植效益高,深受生产者和消费者的青睐。高架草莓栽培模式能克服土传病虫害、解决连作障碍等问题,不仅充分利用了设施内部空间,而且游客的采摘体验乐趣远高于传统地面栽培,符合消费升级的趋势,近年来在银川市发展速度较快。该研究从产业发展现状、生产中存在的主要问题、进一步的发展建议方面进行了阐述,以期为高架草莓产业在银川市的持续良性发展提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Strawberry has fresh appearance,rich flavor,and high economic efficiency of planting.It is deeply favored by producers and consumers.The elevated strawberry cultivation mode can overcome soil-borne diseases and insect pests and solve problems such as continuous cropping obstacles.It not only makes full use of the internal space of the facility,but also attracts tourists to sightseeing and picking.In recent years,it has developed rapidly in Yinchuan city.This study elaborated on the status quo of industrial development,the main problems in production,and further development suggestions,in order to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the elevated strawberry industry in Yinchuan city.
