- 采用超效率DEA模型以及Malmquist指数,分别基于投入导向以及产出导向对2003—2018年东北三省的农业生产效率进行分析。结果表明:基于投入导向,吉林省和辽宁省实现DEA有效,具有较高的资源利用率,而黑龙江省未实现DEA有效,对农业资源的利用还有提升空间;基于产出导向,东北三省均实现DEA有效,均重视将农业资源生产最大化;同时东北地区的全要素生产率年均增长率为3.8%,其中技术进步指数较高,表明农业全要素生产率的提高主要得益于农业技术的进步。
- Abstract:
- Using super-efficiency DEA model and Malmquist index,the agricultural production efficiency of the Northeast China from 2003 to 2018 based on input orientation and output orientation respectively were analyzed.The results showed that based on the input orientation,Jilin Province and Liaoning Province achieved DEA efficiency and had a high resource utilization rate,while Heilongjiang Province didn′t achieve DEA efficiency,and there was room for improvement in the utilization of agricultural resources.Based on output orientation,the Northeast China all realized effective DEA and paid attention to maximize the production of agricultural resources.At the same time,the average annual growth rate of total factor productivity in Northeast China was 3.8%,among which the technological progress index was higher,indicating that the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity was mainly due to the progress of agricultural technology.
