- 为提高北京市农产品质量安全水平,推进农业信息现代化工作,设计基于微信小程序的北京市绿色优质农产品智慧监管系统。该系统分为中心平台、监管平台、企业平台3个平台,主要应用于对北京市绿色优质农产品生产主体的监管,具有生产主体信息采集、农产品检测数据查询、无纸化移动监管、生产主体动态分级、监管人员绩效考核功能,通过数据互联互通、农业监管标准化操作流程(SOP)和动态分级模型,最终实现农业智慧监管。系统试运行后,应用效果显著,有效提升了北京市农产品质量安全监管工作的质量和效率。

- :For improving the quality and safety of agricultural products and promoting the modernization of agricultural information in Beijing city,the agricultural intelligent supervision system based on WeChat mini program was designed and developed.The system was divided into three platforms,the central platform,the supervision platform and the enterprise platform,which was mainly applied to the supervision of green and high quality agricultural enterprises in Beijing city.The system had the functions of enterprise information collection,data inquiry of agricultural products testing results,real-time supervision without paper,dynamic grading of agricultural enterprise and performance appraisal of supervisors,to achieve agricultural intelligent supervision through data interconnection,standard operation procedure and dynamic classification model.The application effect was remarkable since the system was put on line,which had effectively promoted the quality and efficiency of agricultural product quality and safety supervision in Beijing city.
