- 以“豫艺龙祥”黄瓜为试材,测量了黄瓜幼苗株高、茎粗、叶片数、植株干鲜质量等形态指标,叶绿素含量与类胡萝卜素含量等生理指标,计算了壮苗指数,研究了胺鲜酯、黄腐酸钾、α-萘乙酸钠3种肥料增效剂单施以及两两复配结合霍格兰营养液对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响,以期筛选出对黄瓜幼苗有较好促进作用的肥料增效剂。结果表明:肥料增效剂对黄瓜幼苗生长均有一定促进作用,3种肥料增效剂两两复配对黄瓜幼苗生长的促进效果比单施一种肥料增效剂的促进效果更显著,其中60 mg·kg-1黄腐酸钾+5 mg·kg-1α-萘乙酸钠复配处理最佳,壮苗指数较对照提高了17.01%。对黄瓜幼苗10个相关指标灰色关联分析,结果为关联度rF>rD>rE>rB>rC>rA>rCK,各处理的排序为F>D>E>B>C>A>CK。

- ‘Yu Yi Long Xiang’cucumber was used as the material,the morphological indexes such as plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,dry and fresh weight of cucumber seedlings were measured,and the physiological indexes such as chlorophyll content and carotenoid content were determined.The strong seedling index was calculated.The effects of single application of three fertilizer synergists of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate,potassium fulvate and sodium α-naphthylacetate and the combination of two and two with hoagland nutrient solution on the growth of cucumber seedlings were studied,in order to provide reference for selecting fertilizer synergists of cucumber.The results showed that the fertilizer synergists had a certain promotion effect on the growth of cucumber seedlings,and the promotion effect of two or two pairs of three fertilizer synergists on the growth of cucumber seedlings was better than that of a single fertilizer synergist.In the compound combination of three fertilizer synergists,the compound combination of 60 mg·kg-1 potassium fulvate+5 mg·kg-1 α-naphthylacetic acid sodium had the best promotion effect on the maximum root length,root volume,root dry weight,plant dry weight and strong seedling index of cucumber seedlings,and its strong seedling index was 17.01% higher than that of the control.The results of the analysis of the gray association of 10 indicators were that,the correlation was sorted as rF>rD>rE>rB>rC>rA>rCK,and the comprehensive order of each processing was F>D>E>B>C>A>CK.
