- 蔬菜供应链从是从种植、检测、加工、储运到销售的全过程,多个环节存在较高的质量安全风险和隐患。该文针对蔬菜供应链质量安全管理的关键环节及典型问题引入区块链技术,在对区块链赋能蔬菜供应链质量安全管理机理和路径做出探索性研究。以区块链为底层技术构建蔬菜供应链质量安全监测系统,实现数据实时采集、过程即时监测、问题最终溯源,为打造高效、有序的食品安全体系奠定了基础。
- Abstract:
- Vegetable supply chain is the whole process from planting,testing,processing,storage and transportation to sales.There are high quality and safety risks and hidden dangers in many links.Aiming at the key links and typical problems of quality and safety management of vegetable supply chain,this study introduced blockchain technology,and made exploratory research on the mechanism and path of quality and safety management of vegetable supply chain enabled by blockchain.Taking blockchain as the underlying technology,the quality and safety monitoring system of vegetable supply chain was constructed to realize real-time data collection,real-time process monitoring and final problem traceability,which laid a foundation for building an efficient and orderly food safety system.
