西葫芦幼苗对低温弱光的响应及耐性评价指标筛选

- 以耐低温弱光的西葫芦自交系‘赛玉母本’‘纤一白12’和杂交种“京葫33”,以及不耐低温弱光的西葫芦自交系‘侯5父本’‘08-13父本’和杂交种“京葫一号”为试材,采用4种不同温光组合进行低温弱光处理,研究了低温弱光对西葫芦生长指标、生理指标及冷害系数的影响,以期筛选西葫芦耐低温弱光评价指标。结果表明:在低温弱光胁迫下,下胚轴长度变化量变小,叶面积变化量减小,地上部分的干、鲜质量下降;脯氨酸含量先升高后降低,可溶性蛋白质含量减少,根系活力变弱,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降,过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量上升;冷害系数升高。西葫芦幼苗下胚轴长度变化量、地上部分干鲜质量的变化量和冷害系数4项指标,可作为西葫芦苗期对低温弱光耐受性的鉴定指标。
- Abstract:
- In this experiment,the zucchini inbred lines tolerant ‘Saiyu Female Parent’‘Xianyibai 12’‘Jinghu 33’ and intolerant ‘Hou 5 Male Parent’‘08-13 Male Parent’‘Jinghu No1’ to low temperature and weak light were used as test materials.In order to screen the evaluation index of low temperature and weak light of zucchini,the effects of low temperature and weak light on the growth index,physiological index and coefficient of cold damage of zucchini were studied by using four different combinations of low temperature and weak light.The results showed that the variation of hypocotyl length and leaf area decreased,dry and fresh weight above ground decreased,the content of proline increased and then decreased,the content of soluble protein decreased,the activities of root became weaker,the activity of SOD and CAT decreased,the activity of POD and content of MDA increased,and the coefficient of cold damage index increased.The variation of hypocotyl length,dry and fresh weight above ground,and cold injury index of zucchini seedlings could be used as the evaluation index of low temperature and weak light tolerance in the seedling stage of zucchini.
