- 以经典菊花品种‘Mona Lisa Sunny’为试材,采用叶面喷施方法,研究了B9和PP333 2种植物生长延缓剂对菊花观赏性状和生理指标的影响,以期获得最适矮化条件,达到最佳盆栽化效果。结果表明:B9和PP333能使植株产生矮化效应,表现为抑制株高、侧枝增多,且PP333的影响大于B9;二者均能加快花芽分化进程,表现为提前开花并延长花期(观赏期)。B9和PP333均能增加植株生殖生长后期叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量,减少生殖生长后期内源激素GA3和IAA含量。综合分析表明浓度400 mg?L-1的PP333处理效果最好,该处理下的‘Mona Lisa Sunny’表现为株高适中、株型紧凑、不易倒伏、叶色浓绿、花期延长等诸多优点,提高了其作为盆栽菊的观赏价值。
- Abstract:
- The classic chrysanthemum ‘Mona Lisa sunny’ was used as material,the effects of B9 and PP333 on the ornamental characters and physiological indexes of chrysanthemum were studied by foliar spraying,in order to obtain the optimal dwarfing conditions and achieve the best pot culture effect.The results showed that both B9 and PP333 made the chrysanthemum dwarf effect,increased the branches,and the effect of PP333 was greater than that of B9.At the same time,both of them sped up the process of bud differentiation,which showed that they made chrysanthemum blossom earlier and prolong the flowering period (ornamental period).Both B9 and PP333 increased the content of chlorophyll and soluble sugar in late reproductive growth stage,while both B9 and PP333 reduced the endogenous hormones gibberellin and auxin in the same growth stage.Comprehensive analysis of two plant growth retardants in different concentrations on chrysanthemum ‘Mona Lisa Sunny’ led the result that PP333 with concentration of 400 mg?L-1 was the best option under this treatment which had many advantages,such as moderated plant height,compacted plant type,not proned to lodging,thick green leaf color,extended florescence,etc.,which improved the ornamental value of potted chrysanthemum.
