- 福建省是全国食用菌主产区和优势区,食用菌产业已发展成为福建省乡村富民产业。该研究以福建省食用菌产业的相关数据为基础,分析了自“七五”时期以来福建省食用菌产业的发展变化和突出成就,主要包括产量增长、产业地位提升、出口量和出口额变化、品种结构调整、区域布局优化、工厂化生产引领产业发展、促进农民增收等7个方面。并基于上述认识,提出了完善产业政策支持全产业链谋划产业提升,加快组织化生产谋划产业集聚发展,加快转换发展理念谋划产业融合发展,加快品牌文化融入谋划产业文化发展,深化人才培养体系谋划产业后备人才,强化风险意识谋划产业发展保障等观点,推动福建食用菌产业现代化发展。
- Abstract:
- Fujian is the main producing area and dominant area of edible mushroom in China,and the edible mushroom industry has developed into a enrich the people industry in rural Fujian.In this study,the research on development and changes of edible mushroom industry was studied based on the relevant data of edible mushroom industry.The changes and development of edible mushroom industry outstanding achievement of Fujian Province since the ‘Seventh Five Year Plan’ period were analyzed,including the growth of edible mushroom output,the promoting of edible mushroom industrial status,the changing of the export volume and value of edible mushroom products,the adjustment of species structure of edible mushroom,the optimization of regional layout,industrial production leading development of edible mushroom industry and promoting of farmers′ income and so on seven aspects.And based on the above understanding,this study put forward the viewpoints of improving the policy support of edible mushroom industry and planning industrial upgrading of the whole industrial chain;accelerating the organization of production and planning industrial agglomeration development;accelerating the transformation of development concept and planning integration industrial development;accelerating the integration of brand culture and planning industrial cultural development;deepening the system of talent cultivation and planning industrial reserve talents;strengthening the awareness of risk and planning the industrial development and guarantee and other views to promote the modern development of Fujian edible mushroom industry.
