- 以“四季玻璃”生菜为试材,采用管道水培方式,设置120 μmol?m-2?s-1和200 μmol?m-2?s-1光照强度及4R/B和3R/2B/W光质配比共4个处理,研究了不同光强和光质对生菜生长、品质及光合特性的影响。结果表明:4R/B在200 μmol?m-2?s-1处理下叶片数、株高、地上部生物量、可溶性糖含量和花青素含量均高于其它处理;3R/2B/W在200 μmol?m-2?s-1处理下叶绿素含量、净光合速率和气孔导度最高,与4R/B 在200 μmol?m-2?s-1处理下没有显著差异。同一光强下,3R/2B/W地下部分干质量、根长和根冠比高于4R/B;叶片数、叶面积和株高在200 μmol?m-2?s-1 3R/2B/W处理与120 μmol?m-2?s-14R/B处理没有显著差异。因此,光质配比为4R/B,光强为200 μmol?m-2?s-1为生菜适宜生长的光强和光质,在生产中可以通过选择4R/B光源,降低光照强度来节约成本。
- Abstract:
- Four Seasons Glass’ lettuce was taken as the test material.The effects of different light intensities and light qualities on the growth,quality and photosynthetic characteristics of lettuce were studied under two light intensities of 120 μmol?m-2?s-1 and 200 μmol?m-2?s-1 and two light quality ratios of 4R/B and 3R/2B/W.The results showed that the leaf number,the height of leaf,aboveground biomass,soluble sugar content and anthocyanin content deal with the 4R/B and 200 μmol?m-2?s-1 were the best,compared with the other light intensities and light qualities treatment;and there was no great differences among leaf numbers,leaf area and plant height deal with 200 μmol?m-2?s-1,3R/2B/W and 120 μmol?m-2?s-1,4R/B;with the same light intensity,dry weight,root length and root-shoot ratio of underground part deal with the 3R/2B/W were higher than that deal with by 4R/B;when the lettuce was deal with the light intensity 200 μmol?m-2?s-1 and light quality ratio 3R/2B/W,the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and stornatal conductance were the highest,no significant difference between deal with the 200 μmol?m-2?s-1,4R/B.So light intensity 200 μmol?m-2?s-1 and light quality ratio 4R/B were the suitable conditions for the lettuce to grow,and during the production,the esr luminaire of 4R/B could choose to cut cost with the intensity lowering.
