- 在种植年限超过30年的老压砂地上以甜瓜为试材,采用田间试验的方法,研究了5种生物有机肥A肥(EM发酵)、B肥(酵素菌发酵)、C肥(EM发酵-芽孢枯草杆菌)、D肥(EM发酵-三色源菌剂)及E肥(EM发酵原液-芽孢枯草杆菌)对甜瓜生长、产量及品质的影响,以期筛选出适合老压砂地甜瓜的生物有机肥。结果表明:施用生物有机肥能较大幅度促进压砂地甜瓜主蔓长的生长和平均单株产量。B肥对叶片数和叶面积指数的促进效果最显著。施用有机肥优化了甜瓜果形指数,且显著地提高了瓜心可溶性固形物含量,其中B肥、E肥的瓜心可溶性固形物含量较CK的分别增加了95.0%和67.7%。综合甜瓜的生长、产量及品质来看,B肥适合作为老压砂地甜瓜种植的生物有机肥。
- Abstract:
- The muskmelon was used as the experiment material in old gravel-mulched field with the planting age of more than 30 years.Using the method of field experiment,the effects of five kinds of bio-organic fertilizers A fertilizer (EM fermentation),B fertilizer (enzyme fermentation),C fertilizer (EM fermentation+Bacillus subtilis),D fertilizer (EM fermentation+three-color source bacteria) and E fertilizer (EM fermentation+Bacillus subtilis)on the growth,yield and quality of melon were studied.In order to select suitable bio-organic fertilizers for muskmelon in old gravel-mulched field.The results showed that all kinds of bio-organic fertilizer could greatly promote growth of main vines and average yield per plant.The effectiveness of B fertilizer to leaf number and leaf area index was the most significant.Melon fruit shape index was optimized,and significantly increased soluble solid content of heart of melon with application of organic fertilizer.Especially,soluble solid contents of heart of melon with B and E fertilizers were increased by 95.0% and 67.7% respectively comparison with CK.Comprehensive consideration of effects of bio-organic fertilizer on growth,yield and quality of muskmelon,B fertilizer is the most suitable bio-organic fertilizer for melon planting in old gravel-mulched field.
