- 以山定子为基砧,SH1、Y-1、B9、T337、M26作中间砧嫁接“烟富3号”,测定苹果叶片形态、解剖结构、抗氧化酶活性物质和果实品质等指标,研究了5个不同矮化中间砧对“烟富3号”苹果叶片生理及果实品质的影响,以期为选育出适宜于陇东地区苹果矮化密植、果实优质丰产的砧穗组合提供参考依据。结果表明:Y-1、T337的叶片长度、叶片面积较SH1、B9和M26显著减小,而百叶鲜质量、百叶干质量和干鲜比显著增高;Y-1、T337的栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度显著高于其它组合,而气孔密度、叶片组织紧密度和疏松度小于其它砧穗组合。Y-1、T337的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性高于SH1、B9和M26,而丙二醛(MDA)含量显著减小,说明Y-1、T337砧穗组合在叶片成熟能力方面优于SH1、B9和M26。Y-1、T337的果实综合品质高于其它砧穗组合。综合表现为Y-1、T337砧穗组合在叶片内在质量、生理营养水平和果实品质等方面优于其它砧穗组合。
- Abstract:
- Taking Shandingzi as the base stock and SH1,Y-1,B9,T337,M26 as the intermediate anvils to graft ‘Yanfu 3’,the morphology,anatomical structure,antioxidant enzyme active substances and fruit quality of apple leaves were determined,the effects of five dwarfing intermediate anvils on leaf physiology and fruit quality of ‘Yanfu 3’ apple were studied,so as to provide theoretical basis for breeding rootstock-spike combinations suitable for dwarfing close planting of apple and high quality and high yield of fruit in Longdong region.The results showed that the leaf length and leaf area of Y-1 and T337 were reduced compared with SH1,B9 and M26,while the fresh weight,dry weight and dry-fresh ratio of louvers were significantly increased.The palisade tissue thickness and sponge tissue thickness of Y-1 and T337 were significantly higher than those of other combinations,while the stomatal density,leaf tissue compactness and porosity were significantly lower than those of other anvil-spike combinations.SOD,POD activities of Y-1 and T337 were higher than those of SH1,B9 and M26,while MDA content was significantly decreased,which indicated that Y-1 and T337 rootstock-spike combinations were superior to SH1,B9 and M26 in leaf maturation ability.The fruit comprehensive quality of Y-1 and T337 were significantly higher than those of other rootstock-spike combinations.Comprehensive results showed that Y-1 and T337 rootstock-spike combinations were superior to other rootstock-spike combinations in leaf internal quality,physiological nutrition level and fruit quality.
