- 以“早熟薄皮王”和“洛研5号”为试材,在100 mmol?L-1 NaCl胁迫下,采用不同浓度盆栽根部注射方法,研究了外源NO对辣椒幼苗生长的影响,以期明确外源NO对盐胁迫下辣椒的生理效应。结果表明:2个品种均在0.3 mmol?L-1硝普钠处理时缓解 NaCl 胁迫损害的效果最佳,显著提高了辣椒叶片中的叶绿素含量、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量,明显降低了丙二醛含量。
- Abstract:
- ‘Zaoshu bopiwang’ and ‘Luoyan No.5’ were used as test materials.The effects of different concentrations of exogenous NO on seedling growth of two pepper cartivars under 100 mmol?L-1 NaCl stress were investigated.In order to clarify the physiological mechanism of exogenous NO to improve salt resistance in vegetables.The results showed that the two varieties had the best effect of relieving NaCl stress damage when they were treated with 0.3 mmol?L-1 SNP,which significantly increased the contents of chlorophyll,proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar in the leaves of pepper,and significantly reduced MDA content.
