- 以一年生核桃实生苗为试材,通过盆栽试验,研究了不同形态氮素配比对核桃幼苗生长的影响,以期为核桃幼苗氮素的科学管理提供参考依据。结果表明:不同比例氮素形态明显影响核桃幼苗株高、地径、生物量和叶片叶绿素含量,NH+4-N∶NO-3-N为50∶50处理的核桃幼苗株高、地径、生物量和叶片叶绿素含量最高,单一形态氮素处理(NH+4-N/NO-3-N)的核桃幼苗各生长指标低于2种形态氮素混合处理,随着NO-3-N比例的增加核桃幼苗叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及总叶绿素呈先增后降低的变化趋势。施用单一形态氮素不利于核桃幼苗生长,生产中核桃幼苗的氮素补充应使用硝、铵态氮肥按适宜配比混合施用。

- One-year-old walnut seedlings were taken as experimental materials,through pot experiments,the effect of different forms of nitrogen on the growth of walnut seedlings was studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific management of nitrogen in walnut seedlings.The results showed that different nitrogen form ratios significantly affected plant height,ground diameter,biomass and leaf chlorophyll content of walnut seedlings,and NH+4-N∶NO-3-N was 50∶50 to treat plant height and diameter of walnut seedlings.The biomass and leaf chlorophyll content were the highest.The growth index of single-form nitrogen treatment (NH+4-N/NO-3-N) walnut seedlings was lower than that of the two nitrogen forms,with the increase of NO-3-N ratio.Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of walnut seedlings increased first and then decreased.The application of single-form nitrogen was not conducive to the growth of walnut seedlings.The nitrogen supplementation of walnut seedlings in production should be mixed with nitrate and ammonium nitrogen fertilizers according to the appropriate ratio.
