- 为了解黑龙江省植物标本采集及数字化现状,该研究以“中国数字植物标本馆”种子植物数字化标本信息为基础,对黑龙江省种子植物标本种类、采集地和采集时间等信息进行了统计分析。结果表明:现有黑龙江省数字化种子植物标本,约80%采集于20世纪50年代和80年代,共涉及122科,673属,2 902种植物。依据各地区数字化标本物种信息,可将黑龙江省划分为5个标本采集区域。该研究认为有必要对部分数字化标本记录数较少物种的标本进行重新鉴定或信息校对,并对尚无数字化记录的物种应进行补充性采集或优先对其标本进行数字化处理。
- Abstract:
- In order to understand collection and digitalization current situation,the study analyzed spermatophyte herbarium information such as species,collection site and time,according to the information of ‘Chinese Virtual Herbarium’.The results showed that there were 122 families,673 genera,2 902 species in Heilongjiang Province,about 80% of which were collected in the 1950s and 1980s Heilongjiang Province could be divided into five collection areas according to the herbarium information.This study suggested that some species herbarium whose records was few relatively should be identified or checked renewedly,and some species which did not had digital herbarium record should be collected or whose herbariums should be digitized preferentially.
