- 杜鹃兰是兰科多年生药用草本植物,因长期大量采挖、生长环境破坏、自然授粉困难等原因导致有性繁殖困难,只能依靠无性繁殖,然而无性繁殖周期长,繁殖系数低,使杜鹃兰成为濒危物种。该研究通过文献查阅,对杜鹃兰种子形态结构、种子休眠的原因、促进种子萌发的方法及目前遇到的困难进行了阐述,旨在为促进杜鹃兰种子萌发、缩短种子萌发周期及有效解决杜鹃兰的种苗快繁及规模化种植提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Cremastra appendiculata (D.Don) Makino is a perennial medicinal herb of Orchidaceae.It is difficult to reproduce sexually due to a large number of long-term mining,growth environment damage and natural pollination difficulties.Therefore,it could only rely on asexual reproduction.Through literature review,this study expounded the orchid seed morphological structure,the cause of seed dormancy and promote seed germination method and current difficulties,aiming to provide a reference for promoting the orchid seed germination,shortening the seed germination period,and to provide a theoretical basis for effectively solving the rapid propagation of seeds and seedlings and large-scale planting of rhododendron.
