- 通过对20家北京市蔬菜企业绿色供应链发展现状进行研究,进而创建北京市蔬菜企业绿色供应链运作理论模型,将评价指标用主成分分析法进行提取,建立北京市蔬菜企业绿色供应链评价模型,定性、定量的分析评价蔬菜企业供应链现状。通过对北菜园企业的实证分析得出建立评价模型是可行的。结果表明:北菜园企业绿色供应链中采收损耗、采收及时、废弃蔬菜处理、冷链运输方面重要性较强但满意度较低,应优先改进。
- Abstract:
- According to the research on the current situation of green supply chain development of 20 vegetable enterprises in Beijing city,this study constructed the theoretical model of green supply chain operation of local vegetable enterprises in Beijing city.By extracting the evaluation index by principal component analysis,this study established the evaluation model of green supply chain of local vegetable enterprises in Beijing city,which provided the evaluation basis for the development of the supply chain of vegetable enterprises.Through the empirical analysis of Beicaiyuan company,the evaluation model was proved to be feasible.The results showed that the harvesting loss,harvesting time,disposal of waste vegetables and cold chain transportation was of great importance.However,the company′s performance in these aspects did not meet the standard it should do.The company should give priority to the improvement of these factors.
