- 推动京津冀协同发展是党中央做出的一项重要战略部署。当前，京津冀经济发展和环境治理关系紧张，农业面源污染问题尤为突出，已成为京津冀城市群发展的“绊脚石”。农业绿色发展是生态文明建设的重点，对京津冀协同发展十分重要。根据分析北京、天津、河北在推进农业绿色发展的经验，总结目前京津冀农业绿色发展取得的成就，结合京津冀农业绿色发展中存在的问题，提出针对性的对策建议，为其他地区加快农业绿色发展提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is an important strategic deployment made by the Central Committee.At present,the relationship between economic development and environmental governance in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was tense,and the problem of agricultural non-point source pollution was particularly prominent,which had become a stumbling block to the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.Agricultural green development was the focus of ecological civilization construction,which was very important for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.According to the analysis of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei′s experience in promoting agricultural green development,this paper summarized the achievements of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei agricultural green development at present,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,which could provide reference for other regions to accelerate agricultural green development.
