- 以朱顶红幼苗为试材,采用白光(CK)、蓝光(B)、红蓝复合光RB(1∶3)、RB(1∶1)、RB(3∶1)和红光(R)共6种不同光质处理的方法,研究了不同光质对朱顶红幼苗生长和生理特性的影响,以期筛选出适合朱顶红幼苗生长的光质条件,为利用LED光质调控技术进行优质朱顶红种苗生产奠定理论基础和技术支持。结果表明:与CK相比,红蓝复合光质对朱顶红幼苗的生长有促进作用,其中RB(1∶3)处理下幼苗的鲜质量、干质量、根长、根数和鳞茎直径均显著高于对照,分别是对照的1.16、1.40、1.46、1.54、1.35倍;单一的红光不利于朱顶红幼苗叶绿素的合成,一定比例的红蓝复合光能够促进叶绿素合成,RB(1∶3)处理的叶绿素含量最高,为CK的1.22倍;RB(3∶1)有利于朱顶红幼苗可溶性糖的积累,蓝光能够提高其可溶性蛋白质含量;与CK相比,RB(1∶3)处理下朱顶红幼苗丙二醛含量显著降低,超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性较低,说明RB(1∶3)处理可以显著降低膜脂过氧化程度。综合分析认为,RB(1∶3)处理有助于朱顶红幼苗的生长和生物量的积累以及叶片光合色素的合成,且膜脂过氧化程度低,RB(1∶3)是朱顶红幼苗生长的适宜光质条件。
- Abstract:
- Hippeatrum spp.seedlings were used as the experiment materials,and six different light emitting diodes (LEDs) treatments,including white light (CK),blue light (B),red and blue composite lights RB(1∶3),RB(1∶1),RB(3∶1) and red light (R) were used to study the effects of different LEDs light qualities on growth,physiological characteristics of Hippeatrum spp.seedlings,so as to select the best LED quality for its growth and to lay a theoretical foundation and technical support for the usage of LED light quality control technology in the production of high quality Hippeatrum spp.seedlings.The results showed that compared with the CK,the growth index of Hippeatrum spp.seedlings under red and blue composite lights were improved,under RB(1∶3) treatment,the plant fresh weight,plant dry weight,root length,root number,and bulb diameter were 1.16,1.40,1.46,1.54 and 1.35 fold higher than CK,respectively.The R treatment had negetive effect on the biosynthesis of chlorophyll,a certain proportion of red and blue composite lights could promote chlorophyll synthesis,and RB (1∶3) treatment had the highest chlorophyll content,which was 1.22 fold higher than CK;RB (3∶1) was beneficial to the accumulation of soluble sugar in Hippeatrum spp.seedlings,and blue light increased the content of soluble protein.Compared with CK,the MDA content,SOD and POD activities in Hippeatrum spp.seedlings under RB(1∶3) treatment were significantly lower,indicating that RB (1∶3) treatment could significantly reduce the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation.In general,RB (1∶3) treatment was beneficial to the growth,biomass accumulation as well as the synthesis of photosynthetic pigments of Hippeatrum spp.seedlings,and the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation was also low.RB (1∶3) was the suitable light quality condition for the growth of Hippeatrum spp. seedlings.
