- 我国草莓育种逐渐从追求产量目标转向了品质育种。该研究综述了草莓营养品质和感官品质中色泽、硬度、风味以及影响品质性状表达的相关基因的研究进展。草莓品质育种通过杂交育种方法将亲本优良性状结合到杂交后代,在育种过程中为加速育种进程可利用诱变育种和生物技术手段。该研究为今后确立草莓品质育种目标和选择相应育种技术提供了参考依据。关键词:草
- Abstract:
- Strawberry breeding gradually shifts from pursuing yield to quality breeding in China.This study reviewed the research progress of color,hardness,flavor and related genes affecting the expression of quality traits in strawberry nutrition and sensory quality.Strawberry quality breeding methods included cross breeding,mutation breeding,biotechnology,etc.At present,the best traits of parents were combined into hybrid progeny by cross breeding,and then the breeding process was accelerated by mutation breeding and biotechnology.This study provided a theoretical basis for establishing the goal of strawberry quality breeding and selecting corresponding breeding techniques.
