- 以“桂优三号”毛节瓜为试材,研究不同种植密度和播种期对池州地区节瓜生育进程及产量和产量构成因素的影响,以期探索“桂优三号”毛节瓜在池州地区适宜的播种期及种植密度。结果表明:池州地区3月15日播种,667 m2种植密度为1 800株,667 m2产量可达4 458.5 kg,与其它处理间存在极显著差异。因此,池州地区春播毛节瓜应在3月中旬播种,667 m2种植密度1 800株。
- Abstract:
- The third generation of blueberry robust rootless tissue culture plantlets were used as the test materials.The multiplication coefficient,growth indexes and physiological indexes of the proliferation plantlets in different bioreactors(swing type,aerosol type,double bottle type) were studied,so as to select the best proliferation culture bioreactor and culture method.The results showed that the multiplication coefficient had been significantly improved in the new bioreactors,and it was 2.0-2.5 times to the control.Comprehensive analysis of multiplication efficiency,the aerosol type better than the swing type better than the double bottle type.The growth indexes of the multiplication seedlings in the new bioreactors were significantly better than those of the control,and the optimal growth indexes was double bottle culture,and the new bioreactor could significantly lower the browning degree of the multiplication seedlings.
