- 以蔗渣、棉籽壳、稻草、玉米秆、玉米芯、麸皮、酵母粉、石灰、KH2PO4、轻质碳酸钙为试材,采用均匀设计法研究荆西口蘑栽培种培养基配方,利用均匀设计表U12(1210)进行试验方案的设计,以菌丝体在袋子中的生长深度作为目标函数(Y)经DPS v9.50数据处理软件对数据进行二次回归分析,并对培养温度和pH进行了筛选,以期获得荆西口蘑栽培种培养基优化配方、菌丝适宜生长温度和pH。结果表明:荆西口蘑栽培种培养基的优化配方为蔗渣38.47%,棉籽壳29.24%,玉米秆6.59%,玉米芯15.25%,麸皮0.64%,酵母粉2.13%,石灰5.16%,磷酸二氢钾2.51%。最适生长温度为30 ℃,适宜酸碱度范围pH 6~9。
- Abstract:
- Bagasse,cottonseed shell,straw,corn stalk,corncob,bran,yeast powder,lime,KH2PO4 and light calcium carbonate were used as test materials.In order to obtain the optimum culture medium and the suitable growth temperature and pH of mycelium.Uniform design method was used to study the culture medium formula of Macrocybe giganteum,which was from Jingxi in Fujian Province.Uniform design table U12 (1210) was adopted to arrange the experiment scheme.The growth depth of M.gigantea mycelium in the bag was taken as the objective function (Y) and the data was analyzed by DPS v9.50 data processing software.The culture temperature and pH were screened.The results showed that the optimum culture medium was bagasse 38.47%,cottonseed shell 29.24%,corn stalk 6.59%,corncob 15.25%,bran 0.64%,yeast 2.13%,lime 5.16%,KH2PO4 2.51%.The optimum growth temperature is 30 ℃,and the suitable pH range is 6-9.
