- 以雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌为试材,采用平板培养法研究其菌丝体在5种固体培养基中的生长状况,并对筛选出的相对生长最佳培养基进行了配方浓度优化,以及确定雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌菌丝体生长的最适pH,以期筛选并优化雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌菌丝生长的培养基配方及生长条件。结果表明:雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌采用沙棘木硫酸铵培养基菌丝日均长速最快,为0.41 cm;其满皿时间显著低于其它4种培养基,为28 d;且其菌丝萌发最快、色洁白,菌丝最浓密。优化配方为沙棘木木屑300 g、麦麸100 g、蔗糖20 g、硫酸铵1.0 g、琼脂20 g、水1 000 mL,该配方的长速最快,为0.443 cm?d-1;且菌丝边缘整齐,菌丝最浓密,满皿时间最低,为25 d。pH为6.5时,菌丝浓密,生长速度快,为最适pH。该研究为雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌的人工驯化提供参考依据。

- Fomitiporia yanbeiensis was used as the material,the growth condition of Cyanobacteria albicans in five solid medium was studied by the plate culture method,and the optimum pH of the growth was determined by optimizing the formula and determining the optimal relative mycelial growth for the selected species.The experitment was carried to determine the suitable culture medium and growth conditions for the growth of Fomitiporia yanbeiensis.The results showed that the average daily growth rate of the hyphal of Hippophae rhamnoides was the fastest,which was 0.41 cm,the full dish time was significantly lower than that of the other four media,which was 28 days,and the hyphal germination was the fastest,the color was white and the hyphal was the thickest.The optimum formula was as follows seabuckthorn wood sawdust 300 g,wheat gluten 100 g,sucrose 20 g,ammonium sulfate 1.0 g,agar 20 g,water 1 000 mL.The growth speed of the formula was the fastest,which was 0.443 cm?d-1.And the edge of hypanthium was neat,the hypanthium was the thickest,and the time of dish filling was the lowest,which was 25 days.And when the pH was 6.5,the hyphae were dense and the growth rate was fast,so it was the suitable pH.It provided a basis for artificial domestication and cultivation.
