摘要:
黑龙江省作为我国农业基地，推进其生鲜农产品在电子商务模式下发展有助于推动农产品产业的快速发展，研究电商模式下整个生鲜农产品供应链各主体之间的博弈行为有利于促进黑龙江省生鲜电商、冷链物流等行业的稳定发展。该研究在分析黑龙江省电商模式下生鲜农产品质量安全三方监管问题的过程中，采用博弈理论，基于黑龙江省农产品供应链上各主体如何在情况不一下选择最优策略，共同实现政府监管部门、农产品冷链企业、网络商店3个主体共赢这一问题，分别从政府监管部门与网络商店、政府监管部门与物流服务商、网络商店与物流服务商的两两关系出发，提出应对策略。
Abstract:
As an agricultural base in China,Heilongjiang Province promotes the development of its fresh agricultural products under the e-commerce model,which was helpful to promote the rapid development of the agricultural product industry in the province.It was beneficial to study the game behavior between the main bodies of the fresh agricultural product supply chain under the e-commerce model and promote the stable development of fresh electricity,cold chain logistics and other industries in Heilongjiang Province.In the process of analyzing the three-party supervision of quality and safety of fresh agricultural products under the e-commerce model in Heilongjiang Province,the game theory was used to determine the optimal strategy based on the situation in Heilongjiang agricultural product supply chain to realize the government supervision department.The three main subjects of agricultural products cold chain enterprises and online stores had a win-win situation.They had proposed coping strategies from the relationship between government regulatory agencies and online stores,government regulatory agencies,logistics service providers,online stores and logistics service providers.
