- 以‘红香酥’梨为试材,设置6种硒肥施用量,并测定叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,光合作用参数以及果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、维生素C含量。结果表明:随着硒肥量增加,SOD、POD、CAT活性呈现先升高后降低趋势,光合作用参数也呈现先升高后降低趋势,其中硒元素量7.304 mg的硒肥处理使SOD、POD、CAT活性、净光合速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均达到最大值。施硒肥影响果实品质指标,其中硒元素量7.304 mg的硒肥处理提高品质效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- The effects of selenium on physiology,photosynthesis and fruit quality of ‘Hongxiangsu’ pear was studied by applying selenium fertilizer in soil.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT in pear leaves,photosynthetic parameters,soluble solid content,soluble sugar content,titratable acid content and vitamin C content were determined.The results showed that with the increase of selenium fertilizer,the activitiy of SOD,POD and CAT increased first and then decreased,and the photosynthetic parameters also increased first and then decreased.Selenium fertilizer treatment with 7.304 mg of selenium element made the activities of SOD,POD,CAT,net photosynthetic rate,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance reach the maximum.The application of selenium fertilizer affected the quality index of fruit,and the treatment of selenium fertilizer with 7.304 mg selenium element had the best effect on improving the quality.
