- 近年来,关于化肥减量替代政策的研究取得了较大进展,对农户化肥减量施用行为产生了积极影响,同时起到了一定的增收效应。该研究根据辽宁省中西部地区168户设施蔬菜种植户的调查数据,运用双重差分模型,从种植户基本特征、家庭生产经营特征等多个方面对减量替代政策对种植户设施蔬菜净收益的影响进行分析。结果表明:减量替代政策实施后,试点县地区种植户单位面积设施蔬菜净收益显著高于非试点地区种植户。由于部分控制变量在统计检验上不显著,在分析减量替代政策对种植户单位面积设施蔬菜净收益的影响因素中,要结合种植户自身特征来考察。从政策效应评估结果来看,化肥减量替代政策在一定程度上推进了我国化肥减施行动。
- Abstract:
- In recent years,great progress had been made in the research on reduction and replacement policy for chemical fertilizer,which had a positive impact on farmers′ chemical fertilizer reduction behavior,and also played a role in increasing income.This study was based on the survey data from 168 household vegetable growers in the central and western regions of Liaoning Province,in the use of method of difference in difference model to analyze the basic characteristics of the grower and the characteristics of the family′s production and operation.The results showed that after the implementation of the reduction and replacement policy,the net income per unit area of facility vegetables in pilot county was significantly higher than those of non-pilot county growers.The research results of difference in difference measurement model further validates the results of univariate analyses.Judging from the results of the evaluation of the policy effects,the reduction and replacement policy has promoted the reduction of fertilizer application in China to a certain extent.
