金线莲黄酮类化合物的提取工艺

- 以金线莲为试材,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH分光光度法并用正交实验优化金线莲中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺,探究乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度和提取时间对金线莲黄酮类化合物提取效果的影响。结果表明:影响金线莲黄酮类化合物提取率的大小顺序为乙醇浓度>提取温度>提取时间>料液比,金线莲黄酮类化合物最佳的提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度95%,料液比1∶40 g?mL-1,提取温度70 ℃,提取时间60 min,在该条件下,金线莲提取黄酮类化合物的含量为25.426 mg?mL-1。该研究为金线莲药用资源的产业化生产利用提供了参考依据。
- Abstract:
- NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH spectrophotometry and orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process of flavonoids in Anoectochilus.Through single factor test and orthogonal test,effect of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction effect of flavonoids compounds from Anoectochilus were investigated.The results showed that the influence of Anoectochilus flavonoids compoundsextraction yield of the size of the order for ethanol concentration>extraction temperature>extraction time>solid-liquid ratio.Best process conditions for the extraction of flavonoids compoundsin Anoectochilus,ethanol concentration of 95%,material-liquidratio of 1∶40 g?mL-1,extraction temperature of 70 ℃,extracting time of 60 minutes.Under this condition,the extract flavonoids compoundsyield in Anoectochilus were 25.426 mg?mL-1.This research could provide theoretical basis and reference data for the industrial production of Anoectochilus.
